AAA Updates its Mass Arbitration Rules

The American Arbitration Association has updated its Mass Arbitration Rules.  The new rules are intended to streamline the process and provide for more early opportunities to resolve the issues.  A revised fee structure has also been implemented so as to assist in managing the fees and costs as the cases progress.  They also provide for an expanded role for the Process Arbitrator which should allow for the substantive issues to be focused on earlier & easier.
